We encourage our lawyers to provide feedback and constructive instruction to students in connection with each work assignment, focusing on attributes such as the demonstration of legal knowledge and skills, analytical ability, judgment, writing and drafting skills, work habits, initiative and commitment. This enables students to develop their skills more quickly. We also encourage our students to actively seek out direct feedback from our lawyers. At regular intervals, we conduct a review of each student's progress.
