Helmut Brodmann has been practicing civil litigation for over 30 years, with an emphasis on serious personal injury/wrongful death claims, insurance litigation and construction related disputes. Helmut joined Bell Baker in 1986 after articling there. He became a partner in the firm in 1991. Helmut has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and before various administrative tribunals. He also has extensive experience in resolving disputes by way of arbitration and/or mediation. Helmut is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the County of Carleton Law Association. Helmut is a graduate of Carleton University and earned his law degree at the University of Ottawa.
