Charlotte joined Bell Baker in 2019 and became a Partner in 2023. Prior to joining Bell Baker, Charlotte worked as an associate lawyer at a litigation firm in Toronto. Charlotte has a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on insurance, construction, estate and employment litigation. She also practices in the area of environmental law. Charlotte has experience with every stage of the civil litigation process. She appears regularly at the Superior Court of Justice on a variety of civil litigation matters.

She has also appeared at the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Charlotte conducts her practice with efficiency and diligence. She is committed to understanding the goals of each client and takes pride in advocating to achieve the best outcome for each client’s specific needs. Charlotte’s confidence and approachability make her a valued contact for clients as she guides them through the litigation process. Charlotte’s interests outside the office include travel, cooking and spending time outdoors.
