Matthew Kuciak
Residential Real Estate, Wills and Estates
Matthew’s legal practice focuses on residential real estate, wills, and estates. Matthew obtained his JD from Queen’s University in 2024, and was called to the bar in June 2025. Prior to joining Bell Baker as an associate, Matthew completed his articles with the firm.
Matthew obtained an International Business degree with High Distinction from Carleton University in 2019 with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Spanish. He has also worked as a financial analyst for a publicly traded Canadian company.
Born and raised in Ottawa, Matthew spends his free time with family, playing soccer, enjoying the outdoors, and following Formula 1.
